Description
Your Patagonian adventure begins with hotel pickup and a scenic drive through a glacial valley framed by snow-covered peaks. As the journey unfolds, you’ll ascend the iconic Garibaldi Pass, the only road that crosses the Fuegian Andes. From this dramatic lookout point, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Escondido, a hidden gem nestled at the bottom of the valley.
Leaving the paved roads behind, the tour takes an adventurous turn as your 4x4 vehicle navigates rustic trails once used by old sawmills. These rugged forest paths, inaccessible to conventional vehicles, lead deeper into the wilderness toward the remote shores of Lake Fagnano, Argentina’s fifth-largest lake.
Upon arrival near the lake, you’ll have free time to explore the serene forest, enjoy the sounds of nature, and take in the beauty of one of Patagonia’s most pristine settings. While you walk or relax, your guide will prepare a hearty, freshly cooked lunch, served in an exclusive forest refuge, completely immersed in nature and far from the distractions of modern life.
This off-road expedition offers a perfect blend of adventure, nature, and comfort, taking you through some of Tierra del Fuego’s most spectacular landscapes—all in a single unforgettable day.
