You will be contacted to complete the ticket issuance process after booking. To do this, we'll need you to provide us with your email address and passport or document number so that we can assign your ticket. You will then receive an official email from River Plate to validate your identity.
Admission to the stadium is through River Plate's official Face ID system.
The admission ticket will be issued in the name of the ticket holder and sent once the validation process is complete. You just have to show up at the stadium on match day and enter using facial recognition.
