Description
Round off your day in Mendoza with something that almost no sightseeing tour offers: an olive oil tasting with canapés at Olivícola Pasrai, after visiting three of the region's iconic wineries.
The day starts at Casa Vigil, Alejandro Vigil's signature winery, where you will taste 1 or 2 varieties of his grapes. We continue to Bodega Norton, one of the most historic wineries in Mendoza, for another visit and food tasting. The third stop is Bodega Séptima, with its stacked stone architecture and its aged wines.
The ending is different: at Olivícola Pasrai, you switch your palate from wine to olive oil, with a food tasting accompanied by canapés specially designed to highlight each varietal.
The entire tour is done in a Sprinter van with water on board, a tour guide in English, Portuguese, or Spanish, and pick-up included from your accommodation within Greater Mendoza. The van is adapted to accommodate passengers with limited mobility or in a wheelchair, which is unusual for winery tours in the area.
