Description
Participants meet at designated points near their hotels before transfer to the base of Cerro López. From there, the tour begins with a 4x4 vehicle ascent along a steep mountain road through ancient coihue and lenga forests. Natural viewpoints offer views of Nahuel Huapi National Park’s lakes, islands, and mountains.
After arrival, the guide provides snowshoes and instructions on how to walk with them. Snowshoeing allows safe and easy walking over snow without sinking. The guided trek lasts approximately 40 minutes, including time for photography and breaks, during which the guide shares information about the local environment.
Following the hike, guests are welcomed at the Roca Negra Refuge to enjoy a mountain meal, either lunch or a snack, depending on the chosen departure.
The group then descends by 4x4 vehicle to the base and returns to the original meeting points by transfer.

- Morning: Departure at 8:30 AM with cheese fondue lunch, returning around 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: Departure at 12:30 PM with chocolate fondue snack and sunset views, returning around 7:00 PM
