This family-run asado experience uses only 100% grass-fed pasture meats paired with premium local wines. Hosted by Marcelo, a skilled grillmaster and family father, and Betty, who shares the history and traditions of Argentine parrilla, the experience blends food and culture in Palermo Soho.
Guests dine in a climate-controlled area with direct views of the grill, watching the entire cooking process from raw to ready. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available. The ground-level venue has no steps and includes an accessible bathroom. Rain does not affect the event.
