Every week, the 16th floor of the Torre del Barolo – Espacio Barolo – opens its doors to those who choose to discover Buenos Aires from the inside: its music, its emotion and its history. Tango Paradiso doesn't seek to show you tango; it seeks to make you feel it.
Because true tango is inherited; it's carried in the body, and that's exactly what you'll find here: musicians and dancers who share something they've always had inside them.
Cristian Palacios, one of the most respected tango musicians on the Buenos Aires scene, plays live with his ensemble in a space where the music completely surrounds you. There are no screens or colored lights. Just the sound of the bandoneon echoing between the walls of one of the most extraordinary buildings in Buenos Aires.
Barolo Palace, a masterpiece of Buenos Aires architecture, inspired by Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy. Every floor, every measurement, every detail hides a symbolism that still surprises. At night, lit from within while the city sprawls out beneath you, it becomes something you won't find anywhere else.
