The south of the province amazes those who visit it, and on this excursion, the south of Mendoza invites you to explore its magnificent landscapes and its great natural attractions, along with the human footprint throughout the province. We'll leave early in the morning for the south of the province. 230 km from the city, the department of San Rafael awaits us. Among its natural attractions, it offers an incredible combination of colors and shapes produced on the rocky walls of the Atuel Canyon, the whimsical but fascinating formations that are reflected on the slopes of the Valle Grande Dam, such as 'El Fantasma', 'El Valle de los Monjes Perdidos' or 'Mesa de las Brujas', among others. Later, we'll arrive at the El Nihuil hydroelectric complex. After the tour, we'll head back to Mendoza. The Los Nihuiles hydroelectric complex has suffered damage that will shut it down for months, so the tour will change the original route, always respecting the best possible service. The tour will continue to operate, replacing the interior of the complex and the Nihuil Dam with a visit to the fabulous Los Reyunos Dam + City of San Rafael + Valle Grande in the Atuel Canyon itself.
