Start your day with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Puerto Madryn. Travel to the Punta Tombo Natural Reserve, located 180 km from Puerto Madryn.
Once there, walk through the 3 km natural path to see the Magellanic Penguins in their natural environment during their reproductive time. Hear the animals claming for the couples, mating, fighting for the nests, breeding the chicks, or molting their feathers, depending on the season.
With their white chests and black backs, the penguins represent a special group of land-sea fauna of Patagonia.
Optional: Depending on the weather conditions, the tour goes to Playa Union, offering the option of a dolphin watching (Commerson dolphin), sailing at the ocean, or the Paleontological Museum in Trelew. To be confirmed the day before the tour.
