On this free tour of Puerto Madero, we'll explore one of the most modern neighborhoods in Buenos Aires and walk across the Puente de la Mujer (Women's Bridge).
We'll meet at the scheduled time at the Juana Azurduy Monument. The tour will include a walk through Puerto Madero, starting with a stop in front of the Fragata A.R.A. Presidente Sarmiento, Argentina's first modern training ship, which is now a museum at Dique III. Next, we'll cross the Puente de La Mujer, the iconic symbol of the area.
Continuing, we will pass the Anne Frank Monument and walk along Juana Manso Street, viewing prominent hotels and residences, including the Alvear Tower, the tallest building in Argentina at 235 meters (770 feet). We will also visit the Argentine Women's Park, a green area in the neighborhood.
Following this, the route includes the old Munich Brewery building and the Monument to the Naval Prefecture, ending at Costanera, where participants may purchase a local choripán from street stalls if desired. The tour will conclude with a stroll at the Ecological Reserve of Costanera Sur, reaching the river after a total of 2 hours.
For organizational reasons, the order of the visits may vary.
