Description
We'll start this experience at 7:30 am from the city of Mendoza. During the tour we'll see the Cacheuta Valley (8:30 am) with its suspension bridge and the Potrerillos Dam, a hydraulic work that generates energy and distributes water for irrigation throughout the province.
We will visit the Uspallata region (09:45 am), a pre-Hispanic settlement and the southernmost point of the Inca empire. On our journey along National Route 7, we will pass through Las Cuevas (10:45 am), a town located in the Andes, close to the international border.
At 12:30pm, we will arrive at the Puente del Inca natural monument, which is a protected natural area in the province of Mendoza and is part of the Qhapaqñan Andean road system, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
At 1:30 p.m., we will arrive at the Las Leñas Detour Railway Museum, where we will take a guided tour and have lunch.
We will return to the city of Mendoza at 3:30 pm and are scheduled to arrive in Mendoza at 7:00 pm.
