At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the agreed location and begin our day focused on Gaucho culture in historic San Antonio de Areco, the origin of the first Argentine Gauchos.

We will start with a guided tour of San Antonio de Areco to learn about colonial architecture and artisan workshops. The tour includes visits to the San Antonio de Padua church and renowned workshops like those of silversmiths and saddlers. Following this, we'll head to the Estancia El Ombú de Areco to fully experience Gaucho culture.

Here, we will meet local Gauchos and enjoy a full lunch featuring empanadillas, roasted meats, and typical desserts.

After lunch, choose between a horse or carriage ride across 300 hectares (741 acres), witnessing rural Argentina's cows, sheep, horses, and numerous birds.

The tour continues with classical guitar music and folk dancing, along with equestrian shows like Indian dressage or the Troop. The experience culminates in 10 hours of Gaucho culture.
