To take the ferry from Buenos Aires to Colonia del Sacramento, go to number 155, Elvira Rawson de Dellepiane Avenue for boarding instructions. The ferry trip takes an hour and 15 minutes. After arriving, board the bus to Punta del Este for a 4.5-hour journey to the terminal at Boulevard Artigas y La Angostura.

Schedules

• Departure: The ferry to Colonia del Sacramento departs at 8:30 am. The bus arrives in Punta del Este at 2:30 pm. From 3rd April 2024, departures will only occur on Fridays.
• Return: The bus from Punta del Este to Colonia del Sacramento leaves at 2:15 pm every Sunday. The ferry to Buenos Aires departs at 8:30 pm, arriving around 1 am.
