Description

You will leave in the morning to cover the 80-kilometer distance separating El Calafate from the glacier Perito Moreno, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Patagonia. During the journey, you will admire the beauty of the Andean 'precordillera' (mountains), bordering the southern margin of Lake Argentino. After crossing the Centinela rivers you will arrive at the Rico Arm to enter the Los Glaciares National Park. At the border of Lake Rico, you will begin to spot ice floating on the water until finally you are able to view this natural wonder at its full magnitude. This tour is combined with a nautical sailing safari, a 45-minute boat trip on Lake Rico that makes it possible for you to appreciate the majestic south wall of the Perito Moreno Glacier.
