Description

The adventure begins with central hotel pickups, heading to Punta Bandera Port for a boat journey to the ranch. Upon arrival, 4x4 vehicles await, guiding us on a 9.5 km exploration of the Cordón Feruglio mountain road, previously concealed by glaciers. Marvel at geological landscapes en route to the Continental Ice Shelter, followed by a 20-minute walk to Upsala Point of View, offering panoramic views of Lago Guillermo, Upsala Glacier Oriental Front, South Patagonian Ice, and Murallón and Don Bosco Hills. Next, embark on a trek to the Fossil Canyon, revealing marine fossils exposed by glacial action. The journey concludes at Cristina Ranch Valley, leading us back to the boat for the return to Punta Bandera Port and subsequent transfer to central Calafate hotels.
