Architects from different nations came to Buenos Aires to experiment. The city became a massive encyclopedia of architecture. Learn with me about architecture while walking through the city centre.
Highlights
- Passion for architecture. It's really something I'm into and I like to show.
- I'm also a train nerd and we take the Subte, so I will also talk about it.
- We enter to Palacio Barolo, chosen as Buenos Aires most beautiful building.
Description
Back in the day, Buenos Aires had a lot of money and no much rules for construction, the city grew rapidly and decided to become an European capital, or rather, a mix of them. It was a place where young architects from different nations used to come to experiment and leave their mark. As a result of that, it became a great place to learn about it. Learn with me how to identify different styles, ornaments, conceptions of space and materials; while walking through the city centre, entering to some of the Buenos Aires architectonic masterpieces.
