In 55 kilometers on a bicycle, explore the cultural and natural highlights of the triple frontier of Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay on a full-day tour from Foz do Iguaçu. Visit the Saltos Monday, the Indigenous Reserve, and the La Aripuca Ecological Reserve.
Start your day with a pickup from your hotel in Foz do Iguaçu and head to Ciudad del Este in Paraguay. Cross the Friendship Bridge, the busiest in Latin America, and explore the city. Discover the local culture, exchange currency, and try some typical Paraguayan food.
Next, head to the Saltos Monday, a hidden gem in the city of Porto Presidente Franco. Be amazed by the beauty and grandeur of the falls. Continue to the Paraguayan landmark of the Triple Frontier, where you can see the confluence of the Iguazu and Paraná rivers.
Next, head to the port to take a ferry to Puerto Iguazu in Argentina. Visit the Argentine landmark and the traditional market. Try some typical Argentine food for lunch, such as parrillada, bife de chorizo, or picanha.
