This guided walking tour is a 1 kilometer walk. It starts in the Bariloche Civic Center, by the tourist information office, and it takes tourists to the German neighborhood. It describes the three main waves of German immigration to Argentina and Bariloche by going to key representative sites, as the Civic Center, the Bariloche Andean Club & Nahuel Huapi National Park administration, the German School, Belgrano Square and the house where Erich Priebke lived before being extradited in 1994 after an American journalist discovered his presence.
In the end, it closes with a discussion about theories on German presence in Patagonia.
