Description
Welcome to Biker Street's Full Day Cultural & Foodie Experience by Bike — an 8-hour guided adventure that combines cycling, storytelling, and flavors to give you a real feel for Buenos Aires. This is more than a tour — it's a deep dive into the city’s heart, guided by a passionate local who shares its history, culture, quirks, and traditions in a relaxed and personal way.
We keep our groups small (maximum 6 people) to ensure a friendly and conversational atmosphere, where every guest gets attention and time to connect. The experience is conducted in just one language, so there's no waiting for translations.
Our ride starts in the leafy neighborhood of Palermo, where you’ll meet your guide and get set up with one of the best touring bikes in town — comfortable, with gears and shocks for a smooth ride. After a short intro and safety briefing, we set off to explore a variety of neighborhoods, each with its own soul and rhythm.
As we pedal through the streets, you’ll see iconic landmarks like the Floralis Genérica sculpture, the Recoleta Cemetery (ticket not included), Plaza de Mayo, and the Woman’s Bridge. You'll also visit colorful La Boca and walk along Caminito, hear the tango legends of San Telmo, and feel the modern pulse of Puerto Madero. But what makes this experience unique is how we connect these famous sights to the deeper story of the city — its people, politics, immigration waves, and cultural evolution.
Between stops, you’ll enjoy authentic local flavors. We’ll share mate the traditional way, and take you to real neighborhood food spots for delicious empanadas and street-style sandwiches locals love — no tourist traps here. It’s a chance to eat like a porteño and understand the culture behind each bite.
Along the way, we stop often for photos, conversations, and breaks in the shade — it’s a relaxed pace, designed to soak in the atmosphere, not just rush through the sights.
This tour is perfect for curious travelers who want to get to know Buenos Aires in an engaging and active way. Whether you're traveling solo, with a partner, or with friends, you’ll finish the day with a camera full of photos, a belly full of local food, and a mind full of stories that bring the city to life.
