After the adventure, visit the glacier walkways for panoramic views before returning to El Calafate. -Day 3: Optional Full-Day El Chaltén Adventure: The excursion to El Chaltén operates only from October to April due to weather conditions. Outside of this period, we’ll be happy to replace it with another memorable activity that suits your preferences. Choose an epic Full-Day Hike in El Chaltén. Travel along Route 40 to Patagonia’s hiking capital, where you’ll trek through forests, rugged hills, and scenic viewpoints showcasing the region’s most iconic peaks.
