I did the complete Wellness Munay circuit and I loved it!!!! The place is beautiful, with an excellent ambiance, and the circuit (sauna, ice bath, red lights, boots, massages, and more) is super comprehensive. They take care of every detail: they provide towels, there's lemonade available, and they send you off with an herbal infusion and dried fruit—the perfect finishing touch! Just like I told Josefina when I left, I felt 10 years younger! Thank you so much! I've already booked my next appointment!

They offer different circuits and options that adapt to each person's goals and needs, making the experience truly personalized. Furthermore, the commitment and dedication are evident because it's run by the owners themselves, who are always attentive and willing to help. Everything is top-notch, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
Es un lugar unico en Buenos Aires. Cada experiencia es diseñada con cuidado, con conocimiento profundo del impacto en el cuerpo y en la longevidad. Sus dueños, quienes también te atienden, son personas que están genuinamente comprometidos con el wellness. Lo que hace que todo sea de maxima calidad; desde el sauna, el ice bath y las botas de compresion al snack saludable que te ofrecen.
