I stayed for a week. The best things to highlight were the massages, the gym classes, and the attentive and warm service from the nurses, the nutritionist, and the doctor. The negatives included the fact that the air conditioning in the dining room never worked, even in the middle of January when it was very hot, and they never fixed it. There was also noise in the spa from some clients and the receptionist who, instead of asking for silence as indicated on several signs, joined in the loud conversation, disturbing the relaxation of other clients. There was a lack of hygiene in several areas, for example, the water walkway. The two saunas were repeatedly out of order, and there was no manager or supervisor present.
