Under the guidance of our hosts, you will discover how to prepare typical dishes of the region step by step, while we share stories, secrets and traditions of Argentine gastronomy. The class combines learning and fun, inviting you to immerse yourself in local flavors. During the preparation, we tasted some delicious Corrientes chipacitos as an appetizer, and at the end, we sat down at the table to enjoy a four-course menu, accompanied by non-alcoholic drinks: Chipacitos Corrientes – Delicious typical snacks from the region. Carbonada criolla – Traditional Argentine dish, full of flavor and regional roots. Empanadas de humita – Empanadas filled with tender and creamy corn, an irresistible classic. Dulce de leche pancakes – The final sweet touch, with the emblematic Argentine flavor.
