The food is delicious and the atmosphere is super pleasant
Nice place, but the service was truly awful. We arrived and no one greeted us. We had to find the staff to ask where we could sit. We chose a table in the inner courtyard and discovered there was no QR code or physical menu, so we had to look it up ourselves on Instagram. Once we knew what we wanted to order, we waited, and no one came to take our order. I even timed it: 22 minutes passed without a single server coming to ask if we needed anything. Again, we had to find the staff, and they told us they hadn't seen us. Even then, they didn't come to the table, so I ended up ordering directly at the counter. We ordered tacos and crispy chicken. The tacos were okay, but far from justifying the price. They had very little filling and a very basic presentation. The "crispy chicken" turned out to be unevenly cut slices of chicken breast coated in breadcrumbs. It didn't look like a well-prepared dish, nor did it match the price they charge. The presentation was also very poor. We also took advantage of the gin and tonic and fernet promotion. The fernet was fine, but the gin was very watered down, flat, and practically tasteless. We asked them to replace it, and unfortunately, the second one was exactly the same. It's a shame because the place has potential, but the poor service and the price-to-quality ratio made the experience very disappointing. I definitely wouldn't recommend it and I wouldn't return.
We went today with a friend; the service and atmosphere were good. The only issue is that they advertise a daily happy hour on beer, but today, Monday the 20th, they didn't have it, and they never told us that. They only mentioned the gin and fernet happy hour, but they never told us there was no beer happy hour as their website states. Aside from that, the service was good and the beer was good. As for the food, I thought the fries were homemade, but they weren't; they were still tasty, though.
When it comes to food, trust the fat guy! This venue offers one of the best pizzas in Neuquen, the selection of beers is balanced may be missing a good Red but in general one of the best choices downtown Neuquen. Extra points for an amazing service provided with a big smile by our hostess. I recommend the pizza meditarrenea married with the citrus IPA. Oh my Oh my!! Enjoy responsibly
Excellent place, pleasant atmosphere, and good music. The food was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. The restrooms were very clean, and today, October 31st, they decorated the place with a Halloween theme.
