Lovely spot for a quick meal. "Choris" is short for "chorizo," a typical sausage here. Very different from Mexican or Spanish chorizo. Here and in Chile, these short sausages are firm but juicy, and not heavily spiced. "Choripàn" is a grilled chorizo served in bread, often as an appetizer at family picnics. Because I am gluten free, I haven't had a choripán in many years, so I was excited to try one here. I ordered the first one on the list, the most typical choripán Argentino. You can choose between pork and beef (I had the more traditional pork version). It came on delicious gluten free bread that was pink, I guess because it has beets in it. Both the bread and chorizo were very hot (temperature) and delicious. The best thing was that the bread didn't fall apart like most GF bread does. It was slightly dry overall, but the two sauces that came with it helped a bit. I'd like to come again and try the version with sauerkraut. The lemonade was from a bottle, not fresh-squeezed.
