Beautiful place, excellent staff service. The place is small and disproportionate for a hotel of this category; the reception area is larger than the spa. It's a shame they don't offer any options for exchanging a gift card, either fully or partially; they only offer to forfeit it. If you don't use any of the services on the card, they don't even have the courtesy to offer any compensation, even if you ask; you just lose it. It's a shame they have so little empathy for the customer; once they've taken the money, that's it.
