The truth is, the place is beautiful, the staff is amazing, they're so warm and make you feel welcome, but last Monday I went to get my eyebrows laminated and they burned my skin. Today I wrote to the salon to let them know about the situation and the only response I got was that they just left me on read. Honestly, the services are expensive ($69,400 I paid for the service) and I at least expected a good result, not to have my skin burned. Now the hairs are sticking to the burn and the slightest touch is uncomfortable, and it bothers me when I move my eyebrows. Anyway, I already paid for the service and I definitely won't be going back to that place because the disrespect of ignoring a customer is unacceptable. They talk to you when you're taking payments and booking appointments, but when it comes to responding to bad service they just leave you on read… Absolutely awful, I don't recommend it at all, total disappointment and outrage.
We went over the weekend with two friends for Friendship Day and bought a package that wasn't cheap at all, but we thought it was worth it since we'd been before and loved it. Unfortunately, it wasn't the same. One of the girls who attended to us—I don't know if it was due to lack of knowledge or exhaustion—but the massages were awful. They seemed completely unenthusiastic, even though you go there stressed, hoping to have a good time and relax. We sent a WhatsApp message with suggestions for improvement to the spa, but they just ignored us, even though they usually reply instantly when they sell you the service.
My favorite place to get my nails done for months now ❤️ The girls are always impeccable with their work, I always leave happy, and my nails stay perfect until my next appointment. I've also had massages with facials there, and it was a great experience. I highly recommend it! 🙌🏻✨
I went for a manicure service; soft gel nails 💅🏻, the service lasts two hours, everything is very meticulous, the result is divine nails, Tatiana attended to me, a genius, highly recommended, excellent service
