The place is beautiful, incredibly stylish and well-maintained. The service is excellent; the staff's kindness is amazing and makes you feel very relaxed. We did the coworking day, and the package was fantastic—it included breakfast, lunch, coffee, and a yoga class! The Wi-Fi was excellent.
I liked it, we had a good time, but there are several details that leave something to be desired. I went in a group with two friends. They took quite a while to get us in. They gave us towels as robes (with Velcro that didn't fasten properly and were quite worn) and slippers (one had a hole in it, mine were damp, which is a real hassle with onychomycosis; luckily we had flip-flops, which they don't warn you about beforehand). They told us to leave the sauna for last, and then they asked us, "Didn't you do the sauna earlier?" We were confused. We went into the sauna and there was no timer inside (no clock), and no one to let us know when the 10-15 minutes were up. We showered by guessing which of the dispensers was for body wash; nothing was legible. We came out and in the common area, which is shared with several people coming and going, there was one almost empty water pitcher and two used glasses. No one was there to help us ask for anything. The afternoon tea was delicious. The space is lovely, although it could use a little maintenance to keep it looking new. The massages were average, nothing special. I didn't think the service was worth the price. However, it's a pleasant experience to enjoy in good company, and you'll always want to come back.
Amazing experience at Estación Claridad! 😊 I went with a friend and everything was perfect. The hot stone massages were relaxing, the sauna was luxurious, and the food... exquisite! The cake was moist, rich, and delicious 🍰. The service was excellent, very friendly. I would definitely go back. Highly recommended for a relaxing day 🙏.
It exceeded expectations. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, the sauna and aromatherapy massages were spectacular, and the girls were a 10/10. As for the surprise tea time, Andrea was fantastic!! Absolutely 10/10. THANK YOU
The Goddess Ritual was a beautiful experience. Excellent body and facial massages; the therapist was so dedicated, fully understanding and addressing any discomfort I was experiencing. I left feeling completely refreshed. The relaxing jacuzzi was accompanied by a delicious cake and golden milk. Afterwards, I had a manicure, all excellent and a complete treatment. I will definitely be back!
