It's a very pleasant place. The massage and moisturizing session lasts two hours. Very relaxing. Highly recommended. Not suitable for small children. But perfect for couples looking to unwind.
Spectacular day! Esequiel gave us a very warm welcome, and the therapist Yanina treated me to massages and reflexology—an excellent professional! The water circuit was very good, as was the cafeteria service.
Excellent place to relax! Felix's massages are fantastic! The water circuit includes a dry and steam sauna, a heated pool with different hydromassage jets, and even a full-body hydromassage lounger in the water. The changing rooms have shampoo and conditioner and even a hairdryer! The service throughout the hotel is very friendly! The location allows for a very pleasant stroll along the coast. It was an amazing Bigbox experience!!
First and foremost, I want to highlight how kind and professional the massage therapists were—excellent service! However, my rating is two stars because the entire spa area (pools, lounge chairs, saunas, showers—well, everything) is very neglected and run-down. There are mold stains on the floors and ceilings, the pool is dirty, and the showers are a disgrace. There are no hooks inside the showers to hang up your wet swimsuit before getting out. The changing room area is cramped, and there are objects lying around near the jacuzzi, such as empty chlorine bottles. Not to mention how dirty the floor was in the showers in front of the dry and wet saunas. In the changing room showers, the water pooled so much that it covered your feet in the stall. Many places need painting, the windows need cleaning, and the doors to the wet spa are missing handles on the inside... and more. Anyway, I've included photos. Oh! I also suggest adding air fresheners with pleasant scents, because in the jacuzzi area (i.e., the indoor pool) there's only a very strong chlorine smell, and the saunas and showers smell musty. Only the massage therapist's area is pure pleasure: pleasant lighting, soft music, and excellent service from her (I know there was also a male masseuse; he must have been very good too, according to other people's comments). In short, an experience I won't repeat at the Wyndham. For the price you pay, these details, which aren't really details, should be much more carefully considered.
