My experience fell far short of what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. The spa was very disappointing. It doesn't have an indoor pool, the changing rooms feel outdated and poorly maintained, and the service was adequate, but far from exceptional. They also don't offer any additional amenities or services, such as drinks or a more comprehensive experience, which is something you usually find in spas of this category. As for the massages, unfortunately, they were the weakest point. They were very gentle, lacking technique and depth, and didn't produce any feeling of relaxation or relief. For the price I paid, I expected a luxurious experience from beginning to end. In this case, the value for money seemed very poor, and I wouldn't return.
