Everything was excellent, and the entire spa day for couples was fantastic. The circuit was amazing, and the afternoon tea was absolutely delicious—tasty, varied, and accompanied by great coffees. A special mention goes to the staff who were constantly present to make the experience unforgettable.
A wonderful experience that we will definitely repeat many more times! We were very well taken care of at breakfast (we don't remember the barista's name, but we are very grateful to her) and then at the spa, Daniela, Melisa, and Nahir were the best hosts! Thank you so much to all of them for the excellent service. The facilities were perfect. Besides being relaxed, we left very happy! Cande and Fer.
Wonderful!! From the moment you step into the elevator, everything is beautiful, down to the smallest detail. The attention from all the staff, the lovely fragrance throughout, the friendliness, the staff in the dining room, the afternoon tea—everything was FABULOUS. It was an afternoon where I felt like a QUEEN.
The facilities have that certain something that makes them warm and inviting from the moment you arrive. The aroma enhances the experience: it conveys calm, freshness, and an immediate sense of well-being. The service is excellent. From reception to the spa and the Azur store, everyone is attentive to every detail, making you feel truly cared for and supported throughout your stay. The spa deserves special mention: the massages are incredible, performed with professionalism and dedication, creating a complete escape. Furthermore, the variety of services they offer perfectly complements the relaxation experience. The cuisine is simply spectacular. Each dish surprises with its quality, flavor, and presentation. Without a doubt, it's a place designed for enjoyment, relaxation, and a desire to return.
The location and the service from all the staff are excellent. The water circuit is amazing, and the massages to finish are very, very good. The food is decent, although it could be much better. I'm giving it 4 stars because in two of the sections there were things that weren't working, and I think that for the price paid, everything should be in perfect working order. I'm being demanding because I think this experience deserves it.
