Excellent service, especially from Brisa and Abril! They were very attentive to everything! The food was excellent. Highly recommended, delicious and fast! We went to celebrate my friend's birthday with friends. The food was delicious, and the beer was great. The service was excellent too; the staff were super attentive.
The food was delicious and the service was good, the problem arose when we paid. They advertise a 10% discount for cash payments, but if you don't specify, they won't honor it. We asked the waitress, and she said it only applied to purchases over $100,000, which wasn't clearly stated. She went to ask the manager, but the manager never returned, so we left.
A wonderful new spot in Neuquén to enjoy excellent German beers, delicious cocktails, and delicious pizzas or charcuterie boards. The owners have gone to great lengths to bring the spirit of a Bariloche bar to the capital of Neuquén, giving us an Irish pub in an area where this type of establishment was previously lacking. I hope they do well and maintain the success they've achieved since opening.
