Excellent experience. The place is very well equipped, with mini lockers for your belongings and a beautiful atmosphere. The yoga class was fantastic; they guide you through each step and help you adjust the poses if you're a beginner.
The place is amazing, now I understand what they mean by an immersive experience, because when you enter the class, everything is set up in a way that makes you forget about the outside world. I went to the yoga class, which is more about flow, and it was really good. It's intense; my arms are sore afterward, haha, so I really enjoyed it. The instructors are very attentive, and they have lockers for storing your things.
The best Pilates studio. Maru is an excellent instructor who not only trains your body with Pilates with dedication and care but also nourishes your mind with yoga. Highly recommended. They have classes for all tastes: early morning before work, midday, and late afternoon to wind down after a long day.
As a student at the studio, I highly recommend it. The teacher is excellent: she explains everything very clearly and makes each class a truly special experience. The classes are incredibly well-guided, whether you're a complete beginner or already have some experience. She always offers different variations so everyone can progress at their own pace, and her commitment to the well-being of all students is truly evident. In addition, the space is very pleasant, and each class has a wonderful energy. It's the perfect place to disconnect from stress, get moving, and treat yourself to some time for yourself.
It's a very well-equipped Pilates and yoga studio. The atmosphere is beautiful with great, immersive lighting. The classes are excellent. Highly recommended for taking a break from the office to work out or relax.
