I like it. It has plenty of space and machines. It's also very crowded, so you have to wait to use them. There aren't many mirrors, which makes it difficult to see the mechanics of the exercise I'm doing. It has a climbing wall, and the instructor, Lautaro, is very patient and specific in his explanations. I had never climbed a wall before, and with the harness on, he explained the positions and their reasons, which made the experience constructive, safe, and rewarding. I didn't like the dance class, or whatever it was, and I love to dance. I lasted five minutes and left. I think the cost is excessive for the service they provide. The instructor, Gonzalo, is always attentive to everything. He's always helpful and very friendly, with a great attitude, and he's the only one who says hello, by the way. I'll keep looking for a gym.
The facilities are generally excellent. I think they should implement a reservation system for the weight room on holidays, as it gets very crowded, similar to the system used for classes. The temporary parking lot across the street is a very convenient option, and it's much easier to get to different parts of the city from there, which is more difficult from inside the building.
Excellent gym, great facilities, new machines, and a wide variety of equipment for all types of exercises. The bathrooms are excellent. The instructors are top-notch. Everyone (receptionists, cleaning staff, instructors) is very friendly from the moment you walk in until you leave.
Very good. Modern weight machines. Beautiful, very professional swimming pool. It would be great if they promoted tournaments where their swimmers set records or are invited to international competitions like Oceanman. Management is lacking.
Excellent! I went to the Europie clinic. The kinesiologist was super professional and explained the entire procedure, including the study and clinical examination. Now I have to wait for the orthotics to arrive, which takes about a month due to logistics. I'll let you know how they fit.
