AboutIn the Siete Lagos area, a few kilometers from Correntoso and a few steps from Las Balsas, La Angostura is a dream village, with the charm of European mountain villages, wooden houses with gabled roofs, and gardens and boulevards covered with flowering roses. In the center of the village, in 2002, an inhabitant in love with red wine opened a Tinto Bistro that would make a name for itself as one of the first of its kind. A few years later he moved to the current corner with a huge barrel that has become the most famous wine shop in the region.
The menu begins with house tapas, which the sommeliers suggest with one or another wine, dinner jacket potato, and smoked wild boar croquettes with pepper coulis, Patagonian lamb rolls, and soya dip, and Thai lamb gizzards with raita and quinoa salad.
