The receptionist was gruff and had zero interest in customer service. I was told to take a seat in the window as I was early for my appointment. (10 mins) at no time was I greeted, asked if I would like a drink - bathroom etc. 7 mins past my appointment time i was ordered to go downstairs. She didn’t really care that I didn’t know where the stairs were. My massage therapist met me - and was lovely. Incredibly polite. Unfortunately my massage was cut short - the therapist thought I had arrived late and it was my loss. She came upstairs with me and explained to the receptionist that I was not happy (massage was wonderful) - again she was polite and rather embarrassed. The receptionist didn’t give a hoot - discounted my massage - never made eye contact and was in no way apologetic for her mess up. The massage was excellent and just what I needed but the gruffness/ first and last impressions are not on point with the services being provided .
