The gym in general, and the attention from the instructors and receptionist, is excellent, but the one issue I haven't been able to resolve (and which is a complaint from several users) is the "cleanliness" of the bathrooms. Every time I want to shower, I'm either rushed out because the cleaning lady is coming or they won't let me in because she's there. And the truth is, I've never seen her clean the showers; in fact, the shower floor is slipperier than an ice rink, a clear sign that they've never seen a rag. So, they don't let you shower because they're cleaning, but in reality, they're cleaning that. I would suggest putting a partition between the changing rooms and the bathrooms, so the cleaning lady can go into the areas where she actually cleans, and let us use the changing rooms and showers when we want to, since she NEVER cleans there anyway. If it weren't for that, it would undoubtedly be a 5-star gym. Especially since I've already complained (and I know I'm not the only one) and the situation remains exactly the same.
