I had a great experience with Laura. I had been having pain in my shoulder and hip/quadricep and she helped improve the range of motion significantly! You can tell she has a lot of experience and pays attention to detail. I was in need of some relaxing time for myself and this fulfilled it. My husband also visited 2 weeks ago (he is a professional athlete) and he left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Very quaint and calming spa. Staff were very kind and helpful. 5 treatment rooms, 1 sauna (3 people max), 1 whirlpool.
