The sauna was very nice, the steam room was fine, but it was very noisy when they added water to increase the steam. The jacuzzis were lovely, but when we arrived they were empty; we had to fill them ourselves, and that process is quite time-consuming. Also, not all the water jets were working, only the lower ones. As we were leaving, we noticed they were emptying both of them, which surprised us. We returned another day and saw the same thing. That's when we realized they empty them after each user, which is an unnecessary waste of water. There are other ways to maintain hygiene without using approximately 500 liters of water per user.
I went to kill some time before my flight to the airport and I highly recommend it. I chose a massage, which also includes access to the spa circuit (sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and the hotel's communal pool). The spa circuit is decent, but the highlight is the massage, especially Andrea's work; she was incredibly friendly and her technique was impeccable.
10/10 experience The spa is beautiful, Agustina's service was excellent, very kind and helpful. The massage therapist is amazing, I highly recommend it! To finish, the delicacies at the balcony bar were delicious.
