We were on vacation at the caves and were able to train in a warm environment. Even though we do CrossFit, they provided us with a space where we could train in peace. Thank you. Very kind and attentive.
The gym is great, it has everything you need, and Clau is a gem, very kind and super professional, very knowledgeable 🙌🏼
Excellent professional service. The gym is fully equipped for weight training, spinning, and other activities. There are set routines, but the attention is personalized, guiding you and pointing out any postural errors in each exercise.
