Great service. They had a QR code to look at the online menu. We did a 2 pizza, 4 beer special. Super yummy. We did 2 beers up front and 2 more when we needed. Only thing is there weren’t many beers on tap. Assuming because of winter. But I enjoyed the one I got. Brownie dessert was amazing!

I believe this is Patagonia’s largest spot in Buenos Aires. The location is unbeatable, right across from the river, and the decor is fantastic—it truly transports you to the south with its unique ship-like interior. I went on a Friday and it was packed from early on. They have a solid Happy Hour. Highly recommended for the vibes and the drinks. However, they seem understaffed. I had to wait a while to be served, and the girl at the front desk was anything but welcoming. Honestly, with that level of "seriousnes" and distance, she’s probably overqualified for a bar...maybe the NASA is looking for someone to handle deep-space communications? Adjusting HR resources would definitely make this place perfect.

A very pretty spot in Puerto Madero, right in front of the port extension where you’ll find plenty of restaurants. The service was good, and the interiors were quite nice. I tried a beer from Patagonia, which turned out really impressive. Coming to the food and cocktails—cocktails weren’t as great as expected, and the options for sides to go with drinks were limited. The squid dish we ordered was quite chewy. So overall, not the best choice if you’re going specifically for food or cocktails. However, the beer selection is definitely worth trying. It also felt a bit pricey for the overall experience.

Cerveza Patagonia has opened a stunning new Refugio at Alicia Moreau de Justo 1010, and it’s an instant favorite. The space is massive and beautifully designed, transporting you from the city streets to a cozy mountain lodge. With a lively main hall, a sunny outdoor patio, and a quieter tasting room, there’s a spot for every mood. The beer selection is, of course, the main event. Beyond their classic lineup, they feature exclusive brews on their "Octava Canilla." I started with the Brut Rosé, a sparkling ale that was crisp, dry, and refreshingly light—perfect for the warm weather. It’s elegant and bubbly, almost like a beer-cocktail hybrid. Next, I tried the Lager del Sur, and it was a masterclass in balance. This is a beautifully crafted lager—clean, smooth, and incredibly drinkable. It has a subtle malt sweetness with a crisp, clean finish that makes it dangerously easy to enjoy. It’s the kind of beer that reminds you why a well-made lager is so satisfying. The food, from chef Pablo Buzzo, pairs perfectly with the beers. The lamb empanada was a standout. With its inviting atmosphere, excellent service, and unique brews, this Refugio is a must-visit. ¡Salud!
