If you are looking for quality food, attentive service, and a good atmosphere, this is not the place. While visiting Buenos Aires from the United States, my wife and I decided to try this restaurant based on its appearance from the outside. Unfortunately, the experience did not come close to meeting expectations. It took roughly 30 minutes just to receive drinks, and our food was not served until nearly an hour after placing the order. When the food finally arrived, the quality was extremely disappointing. The taste was off and, quite honestly, reminiscent of plastic, making it difficult to eat. One additional point worth noting. If you choose to leave a tip, I strongly recommend handing it directly to your server in cash. It appears that tips left otherwise may not be reaching the staff. I only gave this place a courtesy two stars because the concept itself is interesting. That said, I would not return.
Beautiful location for a sunny day to stop of a drink. Service was a bit slow but that was alright. The music became way too loud for the afternoon vibe and it seemed like the people found it a bit out of place. DJ played for himself. Anyway, if the day is beautiful and you want a drink in the sun, go here!
This was our first time in Argentina and we found this place! Agustin was our server and he was very attentive and nice! Great customer service. The place had a cool vibe and good music. The drinks were actually really good! Highly recommend it
We did the new year party event and had so much fun ! Food is average , but you pay for the experience, shows , djs, dancers, entertainment and definitely the best view of the port Staff were friendly too
Seriously…whoever is giving this place high ratings hasn’t been to many other restaurants. The few french fries we got were cold, the hamburger is just one step above what you get from McDonald’s. We ordered a Pepsi and they were nice enough to give us one ice cube to keep our drink cold. Service is slow, not because the waiters are lazy, but because they’re understaffed. Loud music. This might be a fun place if you want to listen to love music in the evenings and have a drink with friends, but definitely don’t plan on coming here for dinner or lunch.
