Description
After pickup in Ushuaia, travel towards Tierra del Fuego National Park. Along the way, stop to admire the panoramic views over the Beagle Channel. Cross the river and arrive at the End of the World Station. Choose to ride along the embankment used by the old convict train. Passengers who do not wish to ride the train will wait at the end of the train line. Continue to the national park, an area reserved to protect the native subantarctic flora and fauna. Follow the path through the forest to Lake Roca, a glacial lake framed by mountains and forest. Look out for different native bird species, and spend 30 minutes in this beautiful place. Cross Cormorants Island and visit a beaver dam on the way to Lapataia Bay. See the beautiful coast, and traces of the ancient native settlers that used to live in the region. Walk along the footbridge, take photographs, and enjoy the feeling of being at the end of the world. Return to Ushuaia, where your tour will end.Includes
