We are a local Argentine family, and we invite you to our Argentine asado, just like we do for our friends. Together, we’ll enjoy the best family-style asado in a Air-conditioned environment. We will share an unforgettable moment, with the finest premium cuts of meat grilled by Marcelo, who is much more than a Grillmaster; he is the father of our family and puts his heart into every dish he prepares. Betty is the mother and the heart of our family, and she will guide you through the history of the Argentine Parrilla, its traditions, and stories. Additionally, you’ll have a front-row seat with a direct view of the grill, where you can witness the entire process, from raw to cooked. We will share this meal in the workshop located in the heart of Palermo Soho.
