It appears a striking black color despite being fed by a small river flowing from the spotless, white, Rio Manso Glacier, just several hundred feet higher, atop the mountain. This location is also the source of the Manso River, a mountain river winding all the way down to the Pacific Ocean, flowing across rapids, waterfalls such as the renowned Los Alerces Cascade, and a number of beautiful lakes.Includes
