Description
Mount Aconcagua, the tallest mountain on the American continent, attracts thousands of people each year who try to conquer its summit. The Cordillera de los Andes is the longest mountain range in the world with a length of 7. 240 km and the highest peak of 6, 962 meters. This is a one-day activity and almost a 20km round trip hike. You will trek until Confluencia, the first Aconcagua base camp, where you will be able to enjoy an Argentinean 'picada' consisting of salami, cheese, and homemade bread. If the weather is nice, you will be able to see the Aconcagua and its majestic southern wall. The pickup time will be 8:00 am, and then you will travel 190 kilometers in approximately 3 hours - depending on the traffic - until the beginning of the trek in Horcones.Includes
