Your evening begins with hotel pickup (if selected), followed by a refined three-course dinner (if selected) served in the elegant halls of an 18th-century building that preserves its original charm. Start your evening with a choice of meat empanadas, salmon bruschetta with avocado and chives, pumpkin and ginger soup, fresh greens with blue cheese cream, or the house salad with raw ham, melon, and basil coulis.
